We had a sound issue at our studio for our in studio and virtual fitness classes. We called for an appointment and they sent their tech Dustin the next morning. He quickly solved our issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we are thrilled to have started a new relationship with Level Up and will use them again in the future. I highly recommend them.

Jen and her team were amazing in helping us put in our home theater. We no longer need to go to the movies! Great service, value, very communicative and highly recommended.

I have been having an issue with my AV Receiver, and Dave arrived on the scene to save the day. He was very professional, listened to my description of the issue and worked through identifying the issue and finding a resolution. The first thought was a simple resolution, then we moved on to a full reset, but alas, the issue is not reparable. After a good discussion about a way forward, I will say that I will be a customer of Level Up Automation going forward. Their service and commitment to the best solution for a client is amazing.
