I have been having an issue with my AV Receiver, and Dave arrived on the scene to save the day. He was very professional, listened to my description of the issue and worked through identifying the issue and finding a resolution. The first thought was a simple resolution, then we moved on to a full reset, but alas, the issue is not reparable.
